Our Team
Co-founders Brian and David Hayes lead Ohio Property Brothers with a blend of practical expertise and strategic planning. Brian manages daily operations and sales in Columbus, while David handles strategic planning and operations in Cincinnati.
Our team also includes April Kennedy, Designer; Kathy Tobin, Administration and Erica Rajchel, Operations. We’re pleased to provide a team of professionals that are dedicated to bringing your renovation dreams to life.
Brian Hayes
Brian is one of the two owners and co-founder of Ohio Property Brothers. Brian runs the day-to-day operations in Columbus and leads the current sales team – of one! Brian’s experience has entirely been in the Columbus area and began in 1998 building decks and porches and spec homes for a local custom home builder. His knowledge and attention to detail allows him to identify the actionable next step to get you closer to the project you want. Brian can’t wait to help you with your project!
David Hayes
David is one of the two owners and co-founder of Ohio Property Brothers. David and Brian have spent many years strategically planning and setting the framework for the company. David’s background in project management for a fortune 500 company and his entrepreneurial spirit allows him to lead behind the scenes. If you’re in Cincinnati, you may already know him!
April Kennedy
April is our in-house Designer Extraordinaire! She has been involved in construction since 1987 when she started designing kitchens and bathrooms. April excels at bringing the customer’s vision to life! The time she spends with you discussing the selections that will be used in your project is invaluable, she loves to see you get what you want – even if you don’t know what that is yet!
Kathy Tobin
Kathy has extended experience in leading teams and she organizes many of the things that you never see! She is often the first point of contact, and we affectionately refer to her as “the glue” because she holds us all together! Kathy does many admin tasks and runs the back office; without her we would be fractionalized.
Erica Rajchel
Erica is primarily responsible for Operations, she is constantly striving to improve your overall experience while optimizing the efficiency of our systems and processes. Erica wears multiple hats from streamlining technology to coordinating HR activities and she excels at breaking down complex workflows. Erica jokes that she can even optimize a coffee break!
