BRIAN & DAVID HAYES ARE OHIO PROPERTY BROTHERS LLC! In case you were wondering…yes we are actually brothers…yes we grew up in Ohio and still live and love it here. Brian has been involved with many different parts of real estate for most of his career. He has built decks, porches and some spec homes for a local custom builder. Before moving into the mortgage industry Brian was the residential property manager of 3 mid size apartment complexes in Columbus. He was then recruited to join the ever growing field of loan officers, conducting mostly in-home interviews for new purchases and refinances all across Ohio. During the DeWine administration Brian was hired as legal aide to counsel for a law firm in downtown Columbus, assisting mainly in case load for the Ohio Attorney General collections enforcement division. In 2013 Brian combined this special blend of experience to work full time on expanding efforts of Ohio Property Brothers and since has become licensed to sell real estate in Ohio. Currently with List Brian has put his expertise on the forefront of business development so as to better the business and continue to serve the community. When there is spare time Brian loves to do anything together with his son Aaron and their dogs Jett and Penny. Brian is a multi-sport coach for his son’s teams at Carriage Place Recreation Center and attends Harvest Bible Chapel in Upper Arlington. He designates all free time as fun time with many close family and friends that he considers blessed to live close to all around Columbus. David is an engineer for Procter & Gamble. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship in 2007. David has always had a passion for business, from a childhood paper route and mowing grass to starting a photography company in college. His venture into real estate began in 2009, when he bought his first foreclosure and converted it into a rental property. Outside of working for P&G, David enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, sports, woodworking, church, outdoor activities and of course real estate.
